About The Founder of One Body One Planet

El started One Body One Planet in the midst of a hospital admission where she lost my health completely.

It took her losing my health and fighting like hell to get it back for her to learn the pivotal value of health and gain her passion to help other people who are struggling with their health and working towards recovery. As someone with lived experience of what it’s like to be so unwell El’s brand is not just a business, it’s a platform for stories of Hope to be shared.
